I use turkey tail when the first signs of any sickness start along with reishi, zinc, and vitamin c for 3 days to stop them from turning into full blown sickness. They work well. Would definitely recommend.

I was recommended TT 20 yrs ago and have taken it daily since except for a few months here and there when I get lazy and don’t reorder. Every time that happens I get some kind of illness.
