I'm trying Betaine Pepsin from Metagenix for the first time. I've heard a lot about the high quality of this brand. It has a good concentration of the active ingredient. I take two tablets at the beginning of each meal, whether it's a light meal or meat. 🥩 And I really do notice a difference right away. Especially when I forget to take them, the gastrointestinal sensations are very different. I'm 31, but apparently my stomach acidity and pancreatic enzymes aren't working properly. So I'm choosing this product to improve my quality of life, without the discomfort and stomach upset after eating. The capsules are small, and the standard dosage is two tablets, but I think you need to go by how you feel. You can start with one and try different options to feel the desired effect.
