With this brand you’re paying for quality not the amount. So I say that they say you’re not gonna get a lot of salmon in this little can but it’s going to taste fresh and it’s going to taste good. I like to heat mine up, add a little salt and pepper with some onions and put it over my rice… It is a great high protein to add to your breakfast but I wouldn’t eat it as a standalone meal. It’s just not a love that comes in a can.
