I find this stuff is very helpful to my health regiment. My registered dietitian suggest they I take this daily. I ain’t gonna lie, it’s thick & looks like mud, but it’s SO healthy for you. I know you can put it in food, but I just drink mine in slightly warm water every morning. I highly recommend it.
I mix a tablespoon with 30oz of water. Taste is ok and I get the extra water I should be drinking. Also seems to suppress my appetite. Happy with the results.
Use it in my daily morning smoothie. We can all use more fiber.

It's not very delicious and unfortunately it didn't suit my mother at all. I was excited to try it and taste it to see if she had lazy intestines.
