Price is a little bit too much for me, but I trust quality of Gaia Herbs products, especially for their liquid ingredients. Size and dosage is ok and beeing liquid phyto-caps it's a benefit for their good absorbtion. The caps have no taste. I already took Vitex Berry from Gaia for several months and when I change the brand perimenopausaul simptoms like strong night sweats came back. I use Black Conosh for little time, but I have noticed taking just 1 pil a day, in the evening it's not enough for an easy night sleep and especially for my abundent night sweats.

Where should I start? It makes me sleepy, and it relaxes me a lot, like its a miracle. Super powerful, and I take it because I suffer from low estrogen. I am very anxious while on my ovulation phase, and I do not sleep well. The taste is nothing; the dosage is too strong, so I open the capsule, since it is liquid, and I take a little of it. You must try. But I have loose stool when I take this; I really do not know why. I want to investigate more. Good quality, great benefits; just the dosage must be seen and experimented with.
