I've always been aware of the nutritional benefits of eating spinach on a regular basis. But I've never had success preventing fresh spinach from rotting regardless of my storage method. During the pandemic I "gave up" wasting my money & stopped buying it. Until now when I saw this spinach powder. Since I trust the brand I gave it a try and it's been a great decision. I take a serving daily or every other day with cold water. It doesn't have a bitter nor unpalatable taste. It just has a subtle real spinach flavor. My roommate "steals" the powder and mix it in smoothies. I will keep buying it forever and recommend it.
