I've done a 7 day strict veggie juice fast, but when I drink this I get stomach discomfort upset that I had to break my fast. Could be with their electrolyte complex - they used the lowest cheapest forms available in market-- Magnesium oxide (low bio-availability) and sodium chloride (basically just table salt).
The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! The first time I tried it I didn’t like it at all because of the fibers after taste. Then I admire it my body loved the hydration of this drink. If you’re in fasting diet I recommend this for you. The quality is very high
I used this for my breakfast during 16/8 Intermittent Fasting. I took one spoon instead of 2 spoons as 2 spoons will be too sweet for me. Taste is quite good and refreshing. I just purchased another 2 bottles.
I’ll definitely repurchase when I run out! The taste surprised me too, it’s almost like a light milky-ish pineapple flavour. I feel like the quality ingredients/ vitamins/ minerals make it satisfying too. Also no need to use more than the recommended serving size!
