Its a good product. Ordered a couple things from Primaforce and as a brand i would say its worth quality/price. KSM-66 i ordered in relation to stress at work. While trying to keep a calorie deficit (a stress of its own xD) Its not a miracle, its not a medicine, prioritize your sleep and general health and the KSM will add up to your natural ability to manage stress. I would absolutely order that product again as an additive , not a replacement, to healthy life choices. Good luck.

So far so good! I take this pill during the day because Ashawagandha can apparently be a light stimulant for some people. It seems to help my thyroid, mood, and stress levels. The pill is fairly small and I don't notice any taste or smell. Good quality ingredient that can also benefit sleep.
