Quality ingredients. I am feeling the benefits aa my postnasal drip and little itch here and there have lessened esp when I eat high histamine foods. The size is medium and dosage is once a day so it's all good for me. Hopefully the company keeps the quality forever hehe.
I'm taking this in place of expensive Dao pills. I have mcas/histamine and POTS issues. I think its doing an acceptable job. I feel like i am flaring up less during and after eating.
