This has really improved my microbiome, especially down stairs microbiome. It has the key ingredient I was looking for. Plus it’s very high quality and a lot better than regular store bought probiotics. This has also improved my gut and just makes me feel healthier overall. I literally can’t live without this in my house. The only thing I thought could be better is sometimes it comes with ice packs to keep the probiotic cold, considering I got the kind that has to be refrigerated, but this most recent time, it didn’t come with ice packs and took 4-5 days to get to my place. So now I’m wondering if it’s still performing at its peak or even good. And this stuff is kind of expensive and I’d hate to pay this much and it’s inconsistent with the ice packs and keeping it cold during the delivery process. Other than that, I love this probiotic.

If you're reading these reviews you probably already know taking probiotics is a useful choice. Jarrow Fem Dophilus ia an effective probiotic for women. My only criticism is 10 Billion CFU is not high enough. The good news is it makes a great yogurt when fermented with much higher CFU.
