I tried it for a full month, and this product is truly no joke. Within the first week I noticed I had a lot less post workout soreness. To be honest, I expected more from this supplement. Taste is fine, and I have been to use it as recommended (2 scoops per day, i.e. in the morning and in the evening). I noticed some strength improvement, but I do not know is it as a part of regular training. Muscle mass is stagnating, and I loose significant amount of muscle mass in legs, when tried to lose fat by incorporating of more cardio.
