I've been taking for a month now. I would say you need a 2-3months to get the full benefits. but noticed a difference from 2-3 weeks (1st period since use). The ingredients support various areas of hormone health so its really good for different root causes (covers all bases). I have severe period pains when I am paralysed from it and this has significantly reduced the pain, I am excited to see with continued use to live with it less debilitating and not impact work and social events to the extent it does. This is also great for people who've taken the morning after pill and are still noticing it impacting the body - 3 months it effected me badly and this has really helped my body find its balance again. My skin, bloating and all the morning after symptoms and hormone imbalances has subsided.

My fertility doctor recommended this supplement to help with my cycles (I have PCOS and had hypothalamic amenorrhea). I took them for 3 months, but even when I stopped taking them, I think I got more benefit from myo-inositol, COQ100, and Omega 3 as my periods continued to be normal after. Unclear with all the other supplements if it did have an impact, but I didn't feel anything noticeable from taking them.

This is one of my favorite products. My cycle is so much easier to manage when I take this. I have zero cramping or night sweats. No restless legs, better mood. Gaia makes a superior quality product, I really fist this brand and note the fresh smell of the capsules when I take them. Smallish size, easy to swallow. No after taste or bad side effects
