It is tough to measure the actual results of supplements but I take this on a daily basis and have hardly been ill this year (2025). Can recommend - easy to take and works in terms of price too (and the capsules are vegan-friendly)!

Been finding lots of success with Nature’s Way Probiotics. I previously for a few years only took the 1 billion options which had a bit of noticeable difference, but then after a bit of feeling unwell and weak, decided to try the new 50+ options by Nature’s Way such as this Fortify Optima one and can see and feel a big difference with digestion, weight loss, less foggy mind and recovery from sickness (after taking about 150 billion dose a day for about a week). So I would personally recommend giving this and the Natures Way range a try for gut issues.
