Copper, 2 mg, 100 Capsules

I was specifically searching for copper gluconate, as this is supposed to be a superior form of copper for absorption. These capsules are small, have a light blue color (as is normal for high quality copper capsules) and provide just the right abount of copper for supplementation. I've tried cheaper forms of copper in the past, but now that I know copper glo]uconate is the best form of copper, I will continue supplementing with that ingredient, despite it being more expensive. Quality is worth the cost. Thanks iHerb for carrying this product!

I have read copper is supposed to stop your hair going grey. My hair hasn't lost a lot of colour. I have only noticed in the last 6 months or so and it might take me a while to notice (I'm Blonde) but I'm hoping this will keep me blonde and not grey!

Love the quantity and quality. The package size is big and it’s beneficial to take when taking zinc and overall health like hair, inflammation, heart. Sometimes I get after taste but not every time. I stock up this one as price is good too. But don’t know the gelatin origin so can’t rebuy

For the past 3 years, I have been managing a Histamine Intolerance response. My protocol previously required much higher doses: 2-3 mg (frequency 2-3 times daily during defined periods, followed by a maintenance dose of 2 mg once daily. Fortunately, I am now feeling much, much better. Crucially, I am happy that I do not feel any nausea after taking this supplement, unlike with other forms I have tried. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has difficulty tolerating other forms of copper. It doesn't have any taste.

Great vitamins and I’m glad that it comes in a 100 capsules I take it with iron and magnesium and the benefits are great especially for the one that are iron deficient

I had a low level of copper and bought this to help increase it. After a few months of use , I did the blood test again and saw no improvement. Probably need to try another form of copper instead.
