I give my child half a gummy. Finally she have a good and restful sleep, she is full of energy and creativity every morning. Absolutely nothing helps her like Ashwagandha, plus vit D is a nice bonus, most kids and adults need it anyway. This is a very convenient way to give a child this herb before the bed. She also loves the taste.

This is a very nice price for ashwagandha gummies, and the added Vit D3 doesn't hurt. Wasn't crazy about the slightly mealy/crumbly texture, but I'd still probably buy these again.
its Ashwagandha and tastes like Orange the ingredients are good and the dosage is balanced you get some vitamin D3 in addition so it adds to the value, Ashwaganda helps you with sleep and also increases Male testosterone so yes, as a man i'd recommend taking Ashwaganda (which also dubbed the "Indian Ginseng")
