I have been doing intermittent fasting and this is the only thing I allow myself in the morning. It gets me through the entire day. I don't feel overly jittery. I feel focused and driven all day. I grind it further to use in an espresso machine and the strength and flavor is wonderful.
One of my favorite mushrooms cordyceps in a delicious dark roast and high caffeine coffee. I enjoy making this in the mornings and afternoons, the high caffeine coupled with the mushrooms really gives you a great energy rush without a crash. Cordyceps have been used for their many benefits in TCM.
Perfect blend to enjoy as my morning brew. Helps wake up the mind and even enter into a calm hyper focus. I enjoy adding the coconut oil/ghee mix and a bit of cacao. Just a great combo. Doesn’t taste mushroomy at all. Just a clean cup of coffee.

Clearly this combination as a pickmeup mid-day was delicious and did pick me up! The ingredients truly harmonize and do what it says. However I found the strength of just the coffee granules a bit strong for me. But some may like it that way.
This coffee is amazing ! The taste is crisp and very flavorful. I could not make it through my day without it. It goes down smooth and it really does improve focus. The quality is above all other coffees I have had. I used to go to Starbucks everyday… since I found this I never go anymore.
The taste is like mucky coffee to be honest nevertheless I love this. I know it’s quality coffee still and I do get the energy focus benefits . I don’t get jittery with this even tho it’s highly caffeinated
Omggg what a life changing !!! Love it love it love it, I would say it was very heavy for me but it does wonders, I absolutely love it how it makes you focus and energetic, I’m in my exams period and much needed this coffee, I would definitely recommend it and reorder it for sure
