It's disgustingly sweet because there's too much stevia in it. I don't mind stevia but they just over did it. I recommend only using half the amount at one time to dilute it but even then it's not good. Seems to help with starting keto for the first time though!

I use about half the recommended amount in my water, otherwise it is too sweet, but I drink a lot of water so I still get the benefits of ketones. I started substituting this for my elderly mother's juice at lunch. She likes it and I feel like her brain works better with less sugar and more ketones.

After a GP suggested I start using this product for brain fog and low energy (this combined with other things) has definitely helped my focus and brain recall. I love the flavour and so easy to take in the mornings. I will definitely be purchasing again!
