I have a sensitive stomach and I have heard that mct oil is very easily absorbed and can help with absorption of fat soluble vitamins as well as other benefits. So I gave it a try and so far it seems to be going well. I feel a slight boost in energy when I take it and it doesn't hurt my stomach so that's a win!
