To be honest, I wouldn't buy gummy versions of nutrients I'm serious about taking. I just got these because rather than store bought ones at least these ones have something good in them right? These gummies are quite large size compared to the usual store bought. Though the taste is alright they do have a discernibly powdery taste. I didn't feel any particular effects so can't talk about the benefits and dosage.

High quality ingredients from this company first drew me in. They taste good and really help take the edge off on rough days. I like that they are "portable" and I can just keep a few in my purse.
