An excellent value with no frills. It's caffeine, and it works without trying to market to you. For me, the dosage of 100mg is perfect to taper down to a lower daily level without headaches. Quality is as good as any. Better than pre-workouts or caffeine pills with marketing.
the caffeine pills are odorless, flavorless, and easy to consume; the dosage is equivalent to a cup of coffee. It took about 30-45 minutes to hit my system, and I used that energy to do yard work. The energy lasted me about 4-6 hours, and i didnt have a crash. It was very helpful and much more potent than an energy drink. I can definitely see these being useful for working out or replacing a morning coffee. It was as advertised which resulted in being energized for my tasks.
Took a 200mg caffeine pill before a long study session — kicked in fast, like 20–30 minutes. Felt super alert and locked in, way better than how I feel with coffee because no crashes or jitters at first. But after a few hours, I definitely felt a bit anxious and my hands were slightly shaky. It's good and effective pre workout. Works pretty fast. I use 1pill myself . Didn't try more. But for sure nice steady energy. Quick result. Good to involve in my fitness routine.

Finally found a brand which offers caffeine supplement with 100 mg in each dose. Other brands usually offer 200 mg which is way too high for me.

Because I wanted something better for gym energy, I found this great caffeine supplement and all I can say is that after two pills I hit the gym and all day I had full energy without those spikes you get from drinking coffe
