I found this product nice. The taste is neutral. Package is quite compact. Benefit of productivity, energy in daily routine you are able to see as a result. Not tested with the workout because of increased frequency of heart rate. Effect is quite soft. Doesn’t call sleepless nights (if not to take before going to sleep, of course).
