Now Foods quality is 5 stars as usual. This has that B vitamin smell and taste, although once taken with 8 oz or so of water it's no issue. Great for before or after workouts, also great for general frequent daily use in active job roles. The dosage is high at 2 capsules but I tend to take 1 or 2 depending on how I feel.
