This is my very first bottle of hormone balance and I was surprised I love how this tasted. I did not need any liquid to dilute it with. This stuff is aggressive! In a good way. I see a difference within 45 mins every time I put some drops on my tongue. It's so strong that I don't need to take it daily. Good stuff, significantly decrearsed my menstrual pain, however i haven't really seen difference for anything else.
