I’m nursing a baby, so I am still taking prenatal vitamins. For a long time, I was just swallowing a capsule. I indulged myself by buying these, because it tastes like a candy treat to eat these gummies. I look forward to eating these daily! They contain all the right vitamins to hopefully address any deficiencies in my diet so that I can nourish my baby well. Would definitely continue buying.
Great value for money and a really nice taste. Just keep in mind that it doesn’t include iron, so you’ll need to take an iron supplement alongside it. On its own, it’s not a complete prenatal.
