Vegan Essentials, 60 Capsules

From the research that I've done, the vitamin dosages provided in a serving of this multi-vitamin are right in line with what I should be taking as a vegan. There aren't a bunch of extra vitamins that I already get through my diet. Just the ones that are typically missing from a vegan diet.

I love that it contains Vitamin B12, which is essential for me as a vegan. However, there is an unpleasant smell that could be improved.

Good quality. Easy to take. A little high on the price.

Good option if you only want to supplement the most common vegan deficiencies, without risking overdoing vitamins and minerals that are likely already sufficient in the diet, and can cause harm when over consumed. Fair price, especially when I've gotten it on sale.

I'm a vegan who eats very healthy but like to cover all of my bases by adding a supplement. Great price!

I’m personally not a vegan but I do have a tendency to be deficient in a few dietary categories in which this supplement is quite helpful. I noticed I had improved energy which is beneficial.
