Great solid option for multivitamin. does.however limit my absorption of iron, so I will take this less frequently than daily to let my more specified iron pill do it's "magic", to not have that issue as much.

I received the package and was in good condition. although I ordered 3 different Multivitamins, namely: 1. Life Extension OPD, 2. Omega-3 CG, 3. Silymarin CG. I received all in One Brown Box without individual packaging, It didn't come with separate box, and there's no pamphlets or instructions manual detailing about the supplements. although It is stated in the bottle. but could at least be wrapped individually with proper box, label etc.. But overall I'm satisfied with my order. Seems authentic and with long shelf life.
