Quality ingredients and reputable brand, I’ve used it as part of the kidney cleanse protocol outlined on the global healing website so you take the whole bottle over 4 days. I tastes good and is easy to take. It is hard to tell if my kidneys work better as I’m going through several organ cleanses, this one is recommended after colon cleanse and when drainage pathways are open.
I love the taste of this. You can definitely tell they use high quality ingredients because you can taste them. It's unusual to find a tincture for kidney health so I'm really pleased I found this because I don't respond well to pill forms. I take it once a day but it says twice a day on the bottle. It helped me ease bladder tension too. Uva Ursi is one ingredient in it which is hard to come by.
