I tried Bio Nutrition Gelatinized Black Maca because I heard that black maca is supposed to be more effective than the yellow variety. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice much difference after using it for a while. The capsules are easy to take, and the product seems good quality, but it just didn’t have the impact I was expecting. It might work better for others, though.
This is a great quality black maca. The size of the capsule is average. There is the typical maca smell inside the bottle, but the capsule itself has no taste. I have to say I havent noticed any difference in levels of energy or drive, maybe I havent been taking it long enough yet, but it is also hard to say, as these things are sometimes very subjective and there are many variables.
I’ve been taking black maca for energy and stamina, and I’ve definitely noticed a steady boost without feeling jittery. It also seems to support mood and overall balance. Easy to take and no side effects. I’m happy with it and will keep using it.
This package from Bio Nutrition provides a clear benefit by using gelatinized black maca for easier digestion and absorption. The composition is straightforward and plant-based, making it easy to include in a consistent diet without added complexity.
The absorption is much better for this ingredient which shows quality, package size is good and it lasts for 60 days which is great, I ordered black maca in order to have more energy and adaptogenic related effects, since its in capsules the taste will not be a factor when swallowing it
Great quality ingredients, benefits fiber, amino acids, energy, blood pressure, good for men and woman antioxidants
The good news is the gelatinized form did not upset my stomach which is very sensitive. Unfortunately after using the whole bottle taking two capsules per day I did not notice any effect whatsoever. I notice that some other companies sell the extract whereas this one is the root so maybe the extract is more potent. The packaging came with some nice Spanish language color pamphlet featuring the companies products.
One of the best products I've ever used. Would buy it again no matter the cost. Simply amazing, highly recommended!
Ingredient are great they don’t hurt my stomach also size is great
Bio Nutrition Gelatinized Black Maca capsules truly made a difference—I’ve noticed increased strength. The natural boost feels genuine, and I’m really glad to have added this to my routine.
