Chromium Picolinate 500 mcg is a "strong" form of chromium for me when it comes to managing sugar and cravings for sweets: at this dosage, it helps improve insulin sensitivity, smooth out glucose spikes, reduce hunger and cravings for sweets, and also supports carbohydrate-fat metabolism and weight.
