Black Seed Oil, 60 Veggie Capsules (500 mg per Capsule)

I originally started taking Nature’s Craft Black Seed Oil for general immune support and inflammation, but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it may also help fight off mold and fungal overgrowth in the body. Research shows that black seed oil has strong antifungal properties, and it's been studied for its ability to combat mold like Aspergillus. Since taking it regularly, I’ve felt improvements in my sugar cravings. It’s a great natural option if you’re dealing with candida, mold sensitivity, or environmental allergies.

The veggie capsules are a nice size and don't have a strong smell when I open the bottle. Everything was packed well, and the ingredients matched the product description. I'm happy with this black seed oil capsule format since I prefer it over liquid oil.

Just started taking. For now cannot say if it works.

I take this for completeness. I read taking seed il will benefit my hair, heart, skin, etc. No after taste, dosage and size is just right amount. Will keep using it.

I try to find cold pressed black seed oil, but finances are making that impossible now. I probably got this during a good sale. This seems ok, but it's a very difficult thing to know whether or not it's actually helping for what I need. I do like that iHerb provides a number of different brands to select from.

Very good stuff. Doctor recommended it for my husband for better immunity and health.
