Okay, so I'm kind of sensitive to anything that has estrogenic properties...most phytoestrogenic herbs actually make me experience PMS-type bloating or sore breasts....but for some reason this super pure, organic red clover doesn't do anything hormonal to me, for which I'm thankful.
Bought due to clean ingredients. Effects on skin and mood subtile if any. However, nothing nehative to mention.
