This is a great basic toner, with a lot of product. I've been using it daily for two months and I'm not even halfway through, so it's a great value. Especially during summer I tend to break out in sweaty areas so it's been invaluable to help combat body bumps and acne.
I use this for my scalp or i put it in a spray bottle and spray it 3 times a week on my whole body even my underarms and the benefits that i saw was very good tbh it helps smooth my skin and it is actually gentle so you can use it as frequently as you like but not on your hair make that once or twice a week

first use for my face size is ok. no flavor as I dont consume it orally.. packaging is good. it is gentle on skin and moisturizes. also used to wipe my underarm. it kept me fresh all day long!
I've been looking for Glycolic Acid products but other brands is too expensive. I'm glad to find this here and ordered other products for my other skin care products.
