I think I've tried all the vitamin C toner products sold at iHerb. I think they're cheap for their size. The packaging is in a box, but the design doesn't look luxurious. As for the effectiveness, I like PrescriptSkin's vitamin C toner the best.
Smells good and isn’t harsh on sensitive skin. Use it for face, neck and arms after sun exposure. Good value for money!
So far have been enjoying the toner, still waiting to see results but I like it!
