I really enjoy this mix. I make the entire bag and just math out the ratios needed. They always come out food even for the waffle iron. The oat texture reminds me of the taste of lucky charms.

This flour blend makes really good pancakes. I mix it with ripe bananas and just a half glass makes around 6 pancakes. So this bag goes for a long time, Will buy again.

It was my first time to make pancakes with oat flour and really glad to have tried it. They’re delicious , especially if you like oatmeal as much as we do. I wouldn’t compare these to regular wheat based pancakes as nothing can beat them. I’ve been gluten free for about 3 years (health issues) so making brown rice, almond. and coconut flour versions on a daily basis. I’ve now happily added oat flour pancakes to my daily menu.
