This is one of the few things that I have tried for sleep that actually makes a positive difference. It improves the quality of the sleep that I get and I started dreaming again when I started taking this. I dream every night now and I know it has to be because I am sleeping deeper. I also like the grape flavor. It taste like grape kool-aid.
