These vitamins were not for me because of some of the ingredients that I am allergic to. Although I think the quality and size are great for the money.

I love how it’s vegan and it’s only once a day.

I have seen good results i am happy with the purchase quality is really good and has good ingredients and i am taking daily , it really helps me to cover up my deficiency

i think its good though i didnt try it so i can't say. i like that its made from mostly food.

I compared this to the only two other organic + gluten free multi vitamins that I could find & this one scored higher for ALL vitamin amounts EXCEPT Iron. Ladies, if you are a menstruating woman or low on iron you may need another Iron supplement. Otherwise, this multivitamin is absolutely perfect!!
