Nature Plus has very good quality of their products. Size of capsule is great and there is 210mg of magnesium for 3 capsules. It’s giving me benefits for my joints, muscles and the most important for me I have perfect sleep. I stopped awake at the night time and my cortisol level went down.

Bought this because it seems to be very pure without the usual fillers like magnesium stearate. For some reason this brings me light vertigo connected with my eyes, when I change the position of my eyes and focus on an object that is in grater distance than the previous one. Vertigo is connected with 2 or 3 pressure palpitation feelings in my eyes and head. Very strange. I also feel more exhausted and stressed out after I take one of these. Would not recommend. Of course I bought 3 packs :(
