Not suitable for those with high weights. It doesn't suppress appetite properly, especially if you have a strong craving for sweets. If you suffer from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or insulin resistance, it won't help you at all. I was excited to try it after reading the reviews, but unfortunately, it didn't perform as expected.

The package looks good, and contains good ingredients in product. Good quality. The size is average, and it has no taste. Haven’t used it enough to recommend but I believe that it will help me with cravings. Will definitely buy it again if it works. I follow the instructions and take the recommended dosage.
