Bought this probiotic for my sensitive and troublesome skin. I see no special effects though as compared to other probiotics and it is rather pricey

Could not tell a whole lot of difference with this. Will move on to find another probiotic.

I really love this probiotic. After a few weeks of taking HUM Skin Squad, my skin looks clearer and more balanced. Breakouts have reduced significantly, and my digestion feels smoother. The capsules are easy to take and completely vegan — which is a big plus. I also like that it combines prebiotics and probiotics in one. Definitely staying in my routine!

First impression: it stinks like a sweaty t-shirt. But it’s specially formulated for skin support which not all usual probiotics are doing that. Have to test it out to see if it suits me in the long run, but generally this Hum Nutrition brand gives me a good impression. I converted my all other supplements to this brand and I have 3 others: berberine, flatter me, skinny bird. They are all good and I see results.

I really like these but I wish they came in bigger size. But other than that the quality of Hum supplements are elite. I bought this around the time my face was breaking out from stress and it cleared it right up :) but i only it took it for a month so I don’t know if I saw the full benefit.

been taking this because of recent skin issues, it does not contain histamine releasing strains which is good for sensitive skin
