It actually works! My niece has chronic constipation and it didn’t resolve after taking out gluten and dairy. She is still gluten and dairy-free for other health concerns and I found if I give her 1/4 dose daily, the constipation is gone. This stuff was essential in bringing my toddler back from a terrible phase of functional constipation. He likes the taste, but if he didn’t it's easy enough to hide in juice or yogurt. Great product.
