Calcium Citrate Chewy Bite, Sugar-Free, Caramel, 60 Soft Chews

In fairness, it states in the description that these may have a laxative effect, I just missed that. 2 gram of a sugar alcohol per chew, when one most likely needs 4 per day, is an insane amount. The gut pain from just 2 chews a day was unbearable. These are useless to me since I can't tolerate them.

I find I look forward to these little treats with added benefits daily. One of my must-haves in combination with other bariatric supplements. Great taste!

This product has soy in it. I never thought about calcium chews having soy. Thats my fault for not reading the ingredients, but why would they put it in there. I was a mess after taking two chews and now I’ve lost $37 as I bought 2 bags. Just a warning to anyone else with a soy allergy.

I've had a total gastrectomy - my stomach was taken out. As a result, supplements are really important to my health. It is SO nice to have one that doesn't feel like a chore to take. Honestly, I look forward to taking this calcium chew each day - it has become a little treat. Easy to chew and I like the flavors available. I tried a competitor's but hands down liked the texture of these better.
