The best multivitamin I found for someone who's had bariatric surgery is specifically for bariatric patients. Taking it twice a day is enough for a month; the benefits will take time. We'll analyze the results after a month and see.

it is not clear why the mix is more expensive than each flavor separately, in the same quantity. this is a minus, now to the pluses - convenient packaging, each vitamin in a separate package, you can take with you the required amount. I liked the citrus one the most. the vitamins are soft, easily absorbed, at the end there is an ascorbic acid taste (for everyone)
