L-Methylfolate, 15 mg, 120 Capsules

A great product with a very reasonable price for 120 capsules. A bottle is enough for 4 months supply. It's in the form of Methyltetrahydrofolate which is highly bioavailable making it well absorbed. It comes in a nice bottle, well packed and sealed. I must say that, unfortunately I haven't supplemented from this hight dose bottle yet due to some changes on my blood tests. I'm supplementing methylfolate but in a much lower dose right now. I'm a great fan of Nutricost and I do supplement with multiples products from this brand. :)

i combine this with AHCC and reservatrol to help to clear my HPV and has been working quite well.

The quality, ingredients and size is great. It really increased my energy and muscle strength. It reduced my fatigue that was a very good effect. I wish nutricost could make one at 5mg as well. But overall I had a great experience with this methylfolate. The price to value given ratio is very good.

I’ve seen great results thanks to this product and it is available all the time, which is a huge plus. I don’t react to the ingredients and it’s given me lots of energy back it seems. I cannot take folic acid for different reasons and this bypasses that.
