Excellent vitamin D. I have bought it before - I was satisfied with the result. This time I also bought it for my husband (there was also a 1+1 promotion). Good composition of the product, large packaging, which lasts for a long time. I feel better - there is a real effect from the vitamin, it covers the deficiency. The taste is neutral. I recommend

Impressive supplement for bone support. The packaging is solid and trustworthy—clear labeling, big bottle with lots of tablets so you don’t need frequent reordering. The formula feels premium: calcium citrate (good for absorption), with vitamin D3 at high dose (4000 IU), plus magnesium, vitamin K2, boron, etc. I appreciate that it’s made with clean, high-quality ingredients, gluten-free, NSF certified, and manufactured in GMP facilities. The tablets are on the large side but scored so you can split them; no taste (just a slight chalkiness if you chew one by mistake). The benefit: over time I’ve noticed less joint/ bone stiffness, and confidence of supporting bone strength. Overall, worth sticking with daily, especially with good diet and calcium intake elsewhere.

Although this product is not ranked high in the user recommendations, based on my research on its ingredients, it is indeed very good. D3 and K2 are needed to help with calcium absorption when supplementing calcium. This product is enough for one go, and I will have to wait half a year before measuring again to see if bone density has really improved.
