High quality digestive enzymes for gluten and lactose. The package is airtight and is beneficial for those who suffer from lactose intolerance with gluten. Instead of taking two types of digestive aid, this type is sufficient and is light on the stomach.
I'm pretty sure these have been useful. It's hard to tell when balancing IBS and Fibromyalgia. I've taken them and had foods I've not eaten in ages and well..... I can't say I've been worse for doing so, eating the foods I shouldn't so that's a big plus. I will be ordering more. Have a couple of friends trying it too. I'm yet to try a real creamy pasta. That'll be a test but I do things minimally. i.e. "not to much milk, or dairy" and "pull back on the milk and cheese". NO one you order food off will not oblige, they want your $$ and a returning customer. I have been more confident in ordering food I usually avoid. Been nice.
