However, the dosages for compounds like L-carnitine and Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) are on the lower side compared to typical clinical recommendations. Because the price point is so affordable, I highly recommend buying this as a baseline and simply combining it with extra standalone L-carnitine and ALCAR supplements to get the full benefits.

Husband has been taking this for a week. Not sure if it is working but he hasn't had any digestive upset so he's comfortable to keep taking it which is good. We chose this one specifically because it has more things in it that address dna fragmentation than other similar products.
I can't say whether or not I notice a difference from this alone because I also take another multi. But it was the right combo of ingredients and also kosher so I went for it, and I plan to continue.
