I liked the quality of the tea. The box was well delivered. Size and package was the same as in the description. Taste is interesting. Overall, I liked this product.
Harney & Sons never disappoints! The chai is wonderful, esp on a chilly day. It's the only tea that I add milk to, which is great if I'm a little peckish in the late afternoon.

I gifted eight Harney & Sons teas for my Grand-daughter here from SC for Christmas only to find it was the brand she LOVES! Woohoo! Also chose some of her favorites! Too bad I cannot review all of them myself here in CA. She prefers the sachets because she gets two flavorful servings from each one! I will treat myself to one of Harney and Sons loose teas soon!
This chai has a wonderful balance of warming spices and smooth black tea. It tastes great on its own and is especially delicious with a splash of milk and a little sweetener. The sachets are convenient, and every cup feels like a comforting treat.
This chai is so deep and complex. you can see the spices are whole and freshly dried. just the best quality ever!
This is a high quality tea. Ingredients are clean and it tastes okay, it truly is a good blend. The package is beautiful and reusable. I’ve used many teas from this brand and this is my least favorite.
