I couldnt believe there is no sugar in it. And it really tingles in your mouth. This blend is strong. One of the most flavorful and best smelling teas Ive ever tried. Even the trash can smells divine after you throw away used leaves :D . Ingredients list says it contains three types of cinnamon and you can certainly taste it. Really, you will not believe how sweet and strong the taste is untill you try it. I just dont use it every day as it is really strong so I have to be in the mood for it.

This tea definitely brings the cinnamon! It’s really spicy and bold, so if you love a strong cinnamon kick, you’ll probably enjoy it. A little intense for my taste, but definitely not a boring cup of tea.

The most amazing spicy tea every, it is lovely and slightly sweet, very spicy and perfect, goes great with some almond milk and doesn't need extra syrup. the size looks small but it has lasted me so long. It's perfect for the benefit of my mental health haha.

Very tasty, warming, sweet tea. The tea is sweet but i haven’t seen sugar among the ingredients. The brew is strong so i would say that 1 tea spoon for one cup of tea is kore then enough
