A few weeks ago I bought this package of grassy antioxidants and another green superfood powder. Well, this one I take daily, and the other one is almost intact. The capsules containing healthy ingredients are obviously better for me than mixing green grassy powders and trying to swallow it. The capsules have a mild, healthy smell, they don't taste bad. I take twice as much the day after I "cheat" on my healthy diet. It contains some nice powdered green vegetables, fiber and healthy gut bacteria, but it will take some time for me to see some improvement on my health. For now I handle my daily stress a bit better than before, but I will wait to see more benefits.

Excellent products, I was taking the amazing grass green powder in my morning protein drink, and then it occurred to me that the powder might get the more exposed to air over a period of time so I tried the capsules and the capsules work great

I’m pretty bad about consuming enough fruits and vegetables due to oral allergy syndrome, so I try to take some supplements to make up for that. I’ve bought these several times over the years and always come back to them. Maybe I’m deluding myself, but I do feel healthier when I take them.
