Honestly a pretty good tasting sauce for the macros. It's mostly sweet with a little bit of spice. Nothing too overwhelmingly good, although you could add some more seasonings. The texture is pretty good until your refrigerate it and then it gets gloopy. I use this for dipping spring rolls and also for stir fry.

I was really looking forward to trying this marinade. It looks and smells so good and has a nice consistency. The overall flavor is great, but for me, it’s too spicy. I attempted to neutralize the hot taste, but still can’t tolerate it. For those who love a zesty and tangy marinade, I’m sure you would love it.
